Fantastic place to get actually high quality and thoughtful gifts. If anyone you know likes chocolate you can find something for them here. A fantastic selection of both dark and milk made by people who clearly enjoy and care about their work.

Copper Kettle Chocolate in Cypress is not merely a shop. It is a rebuke. A silken, cocoa scented correction delivered to the many establishments that dare to call themselves chocolatiers while producing little more than sugared regret. Here, chocolate is treated with the gravity it deserves. Precision, restraint, elegance, and just enough indulgence to remind one that pleasure, when properly disciplined, can still feel profound. The owner has achieved something rare and quietly magnificent. In a world so eager to confuse excess with excellence, this chocolatier understands that true luxury lies in balance. One tastes not gimmick, not theatricality, but mastery. The result is chocolate so refined, so assured, that one is tempted to wonder whether certain celebrated Swiss names might prefer not to hear it mentioned in comparison. Their reputations remain intact, of course, but only because geography still provides them with a comforting amount of distance. The staff are gracious, the atmosphere inviting, and the entire experience carries the sort of confidence that cannot be faked. Copper Kettle Chocolate does not beg for your approval. It simply deserves it. Four stars. Why not

Willy Wonka would give this place 5 stars. Tucked into a sleepy strip mall is a magical place filled with the most amazing chocolates. This was an accidental find for me one day as I drove through Cypress. It was as if I found my own golden ticket. You walk in through the unassuming doors into a world of pure imagination. The owner was in the back making Easter bunnies, and not the hollow kind either. These were the most amazing solid bunnies that brought me back to my childhood. I made sure that our Easter Baskets were filled with the most amazing turtles, chocolate covered oreos, and Easter Bunnies. In a world where you can get everything from the big box, make a trip somewhere special. Spend that extra couple of minutes to get to know the shopkeep. It will be worth it, I promise.

This is with a doubt the BEST chocolate candy anywhere. The owners parents owned the Golden Turtle in Lebanon, Ohio and they have retired. It was wonderful to visit the Copper Kettle and find my favorite.. milk chocolate coconut haystack! I also got some of their milk chocolate covered graham crackers which are delicious. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with any of their candies. One smell when you enter this store tell everything you need to know. It is heaven!
